The Story

Dame Freya Madeline Stark was a British-Italian explorer and travel writer. She wrote more than two dozen books during her travels in the Middle East and Afghanistan, as well as several autobiographical works and essays. She was one of the first non-Arabs known to travel through the southern Arabian Desert in modern times.


The hat co-designed with Lorenzo Jova Cherubini is inspired by her adventures.
A rollable hat, soft and easy to put in your pocket. Stamps representing “travel’s memories” drawings.

The material used is a merino wool felt which has a raw and wild feeling, you can roll it up easily and keep in your pocket till the next use.
Inside no sweatband o trims.
